AJ is a horrible employee didn't have any knowledge on how to get in touch with his manager since he lacks the knowledge on how to apply a coupon to my order which clearly says show at the front instead of giving me the coupon he rather lose a customer which they did and I just went to a different an better customer service Rosati's.

Pizza is good. I tried several times to order it on the app but their app don’t give you an option on how to have your pizza cut so I ended up having to call it in to have a pie cut. Somebody needs to do something with the app so you can specify how you wanna cut otherwise the app don’t do me no good.

Got to be my favorite local pizza chain whenever I visit Chicago! This particular location is newer and less busy, but still excellent!

I only live 10 minutes away from this place and they refuse to deliver to me because I'm on the bad side of town. I even told the manager I have no problem Given the driver a $15 tip and they still refuse.. shity service. And I don't see anyone else giving more than $5 to $10 for a tip to deliver food

Don't understand the rating being so low because the pizza was so good and the customer service was even better. The man that rang us up took the time out to see if he had any coupons that we could use and then explained that there would be some upcoming special pricing due to football season starting. We just found our new pizza spot!! 🍕
